In this cause of action is created to solve two crimes. The first is corruption between private individuals and has to do with the payment in 2011 of $ 40 million to secure the services of Neymar before he got free in the market. This contract included a penalty of an additional 40 million in the event that the player does not fichara for the club in 2014, when I was going to be a free agent. In addition, there was a second contract in 2011 for which the club paid 10 million to the company N&N, controlled by the parents of Neymar, in the concept of “loan”, although in reality it was a partial payment for the transfer of the player.
